• All New Clients receiving any Full Set Service must come with bare nails OR select soak off service when booking.

• “Foreign Fills” are for clients who are requesting fill services on work not done by me.

• I do examine your nails to ensure that you have a long lasting set, any excessive lifting and/or nail abnormalities I will suggest the best course of action to ensure the health of your nails stay intact.

• Same Day Appointments are available upon request.

• Same day appointments are sometimes still accessible via online booking so please look at the availability first before contacting for an appointment time same day.

• I do sometimes have availability on days outside of my normal work schedule. please feel free to reach out to me to check availability.

• All cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

• All rescheduled appointments can be made online as long as they are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  
  
• Any appointments canceled after 24 hours are considered same-day cancellations and clients will be charged a fee equaling to 50% of their scheduled services.

• No-show appointments will be charged a fee equaling to 100% of their services.

• All fees will be charged to the card on file unless requested otherwise. Any unpaid charges will be documented, and no appointments will be made until balance is settled.

• When making an appointment a card must be on file at the time your appointment is made.

• All credit/debit payments are charged a 3% service fee.

• I only accept the following payment types: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and Credit/Debit Cards.
